("Identillect") respects your personal privacy and is committed to adhering to federal and state privacy laws and industry guidelines in order to protect you and your identity. This privacy policy describes how Identillect handles the personal information that you provide to us on this web site ("Site"). This policy applies only to Identillect's handling of information collected through the Identillect Site. It does not apply to the handling of your personal information by any third-party sites.

Your rights to access, to limit use, and to limit disclosure: EU individuals and Swiss individuals have rights to access personal data about them, and to limit use and disclosure of their personal data. With our Privacy Shield self-certification, Identillect has committed to respect those rights. Because Identillect personnel have limited ability to access data our customers submit to our services, if you wish to request access, to limit use, or to limit disclosure, please provide the name of the Identillect customer who submitted your data to our services. We will refer your request to that customer, and will support them as needed in responding to your request.

COMPLAINTS

In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Identillect commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. European Union individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield policy should first contact Identillect at: info@identillect.com or to Identillect Technologies, Inc., ATTN: Legal, 14781 Pomerado Rd #578, Poway, CA 92064. We will respond to your questions or complaints within thirty (30) days. Following receipt of a complaint, if necessary, we will investigate the issue and provide you with information regarding investigation and the resolution of the complaint.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Active Information Collection Like many other web sites, we actively collect information from our visitors both by asking you specific questions on this Site, and by permitting you to communicate directly with us via email. Some of the information that you submit may be personally identifiable information (that is, information that can be uniquely identified with you, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, etc.).
During the registration process, we specifically ask users for their name, address, telephone number, and email address. Identillect's payment processor will store payment information for end user. We also ask users to create a user name and password. Like many web operators, on this Site Identillect uses cookies and assigns internet tags. The information Identillect may collect might include IP addresses, information regarding your browser, type of computer, operating systems, Internet Service Providers and other similar information. Our system may also gather information about the areas you visit on Identillect's Sites.
When sending a secure email with the Gmail Add-In, we may use the last 4 digits of the recipient's phone number and their postal code from your Google Contacts to prefill the authentication choices in our add-in for your convenience. We do not store or transmit this information in any way - it stays in your browser as a local cookie.

Phone numbers collected through our services are used solelyfor authentication and service-related communications, including sendingone-time passcodes required to access secure messages. These messages areuser-initiated and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information,including phone numbers, with third parties for their marketing or promotionalpurposes.

We may share information with trusted service providerssolely as necessary to operate our services (for example, deliveringauthentication messages or maintaining system infrastructure). These service providers are contractually obligated to safeguard your information and areprohibited from using it for any purpose other than providing services on ourbehalf.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by lawor in response to valid legal requests.

You also may send us an email message to support@identillect.com to request access to, to correct, or to delete any personal information that you have provided to us. To protect your privacy, we will respond only to email messages sent from the email account you used to register or to set up your account.
Identillect does not share your information with any marketing partners either at the time of registration or by accessing any other part of Identillect's Site.
You should review this privacy policy carefully, because if you do not agree with our practices, your ultimate choice is not to use this Site. Remember, by using any part of this Site, you accept and agree to our privacy practices. If we provide your Identillect files or messages to a law enforcement agency, we will remove Identillect's encryption from the files or messages before providing them to law enforcement.

WHAT IDENTILLECT DOES ABOUT CHILDREN ON ITS SITE

This Site is not intended for children under the age of 18. We will not knowingly collect information from Site visitors under the age of 18. We encourage parents to talk to their children about their use of the Internet and the information they disclose online.

We use phone numbers to send one-time authentication codes and service-related messages required to access secure communications.

These messages are:
- User-initiated and only sent after a recipient requests access to a secure message
- Transactional in nature and not used for marketing or promotional purposes
