Do you provide a Business Associates Agreement (BAA)?
Yes! We provide a BAA at no additional charge.
Does the recipient have to enter a password, sign up, create an account or download anything to view the secure email?
No! The authentication choices are an additional optional layer of security. If sent securely, the email will be encrypted without the need of an recipient entering a password.
What if I use a different email provider, not Microsoft or Gmail?
No problem! Users can send secure emails via our Web Portal using any existing email address regardless of the email provider.
